Do you have 60 minutes? The digital transformation model of today’s mobility
Based on the already known wills that we ask for the mobility of the future, our intention is to focus this time on the Mobility of the present; This, in its practical application, starts by transferring the starting data that has to guide us where to use our efforts in terms of Transformation, which has to be Digital, but also Model and Industrial.
To do this, we will start by transferring some starting data based on the mobility study of Spain, which will serve as a reference point to give way to a first intervention based on customer experience, so that we know how operators must adapt to maximize the customer experience and, therefore, their loyalty. Starting from this base, we will continue with the application of the model, but with a view to a multimodal context from a metropolitan perspective, to follow the majors in terms of applied digital transformation (MaaS platforms), industrial (Seat model) and regulatory (ZBE) , with the aim of understanding how all mobility actors, operators, and the environment in general, are adapting to the city model that we already have here.
